This Privacy Policy explains how Outpace ("Outpace", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit joinoutpace.com, join a waitlist, create an account, enroll in a course or apply to become a mentor.

We collect information you give us directly:

• Waitlists and free resources: your name and email address.
• Accounts: your email address and password, or your Google account details if you sign in with Google, plus any profile details you add (name, LinkedIn profile, company and job title).
• Enrollments: your name, email address and LinkedIn profile. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card details.
• Mentor applications: your name, email address, LinkedIn profile, company, job title, experience, areas of expertise and anything you write in your application.
• Messages: anything you send us by email.

We also collect limited usage information automatically, such as pages visited, referring site, browser and device type, through privacy-friendly analytics.

• To provide our courses, bootcamps and learning resources, and manage your account.
• To process enrollments and payments.
• To send you the resources you requested, course updates and occasional emails about our programs. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.
• To review mentor applications and contact applicants.
• To understand how our website is used and improve it.
• To respond to your questions and provide support.
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or misuse.

We share information only with providers that help us run Outpace:

• Supabase for database and account authentication.
• Stripe for payment processing.
• Resend for sending emails.
• Vercel for website hosting and analytics.
• Google if you choose to sign in with Google.
• Senja to display testimonials on our website.

These providers process information on our behalf and under their own privacy and security terms. We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies and similar storage that are needed to keep you signed in and make the website work. Our analytics do not use cookies to track you across other websites. Embedded content, such as our testimonial wall, may set its own cookies according to the provider's policy.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, and afterwards only as long as required for legal, accounting or reporting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, email us at hello@joinoutpace.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
